KNOW BEFORE YOU GO REMINDERS
Replay Our Know Before You Go Webinar:
Jason Lemkin, SaaStr CEO & Founder, and Amelia Ibarra, SVP & GM share everything you need to know before you arrive at Annual here:
Weather & Dress Code
Keep in mind 90% of Annual will be outside this year, to promote a safer, more comfortable gathering for our expected number of in-person attendees. Dress appropriately, it will be warm in the afternoons but can get a bit chillier in the evenings. Bring a sweater or jacket for the end of the day and hats and sunglasses for during the day. Our dress code is business casual.
Jumpstart Your Mornings With Networking
We’ve just added jumpstart breakfasts to help you meet someone new each day of SaaStr Annual. We’ll have host them before content kicks off on Tuesday & Wednesday, and on Thursday, we’ll break them into groups, including CEOs/ VCs, Marketing, Growth, Outbound and more. Sign up for them now in the Agenda.
Equality & Inclusion Brunch, Tuesday, Sept 13th at 11:30. We’re hosting an in-person networking brunch for our underrepresented attendees. We’d like to give everyone a chance to network, chat and make new connections before Day 1 content formally kicks off. All are welcome.
Don’t Forget to Pick Your Sessions!
Some of our most popular sessions are filling fast, so if you haven’t already, you can view and register for sessions in advance.
Get a Jumpstart on Braindates:
Here’s everything you need to know about Braindates at SaaStr Annual this year:
Braindates are designated into 3 group sizes: 1:1’s, 1:4 Small Groups, and 1:16 Super Braindates. No matter the size of the group, each Braindate is designed for you to share knowledge and network with fellow leaders during SaaStr Annual. The goal is to help each other learn something new, find mentorships, create partnerships, and exchange strategies.
There are two ways to participate in Braindates: First, you should join an existing Braindate on a topic that catches your attention. Next, you should also create your own Braindate topic and allow other attendees to sign up and learn from you.
Last Call for Meet a VC:
OK this is it! The first round of companies seeking funding went out to our trusted investors last week as part of our yearly Meet a VC program.
These meetings are double-opt in and are a great way to only connect with seriously interested Investors and Founders. Final call if you’d like your investment firm or company to be included in the last wave. Sign up as a Founder/ CEO here or as an an Investor / VC here by September 8th.
Your Guide to the Tuesday Night After Parties
This year we’re re-booting our beloved block party we hosted back in 2019, known as SaaStr Nights, and along with the help of some of our friends and sponsors, we’ll be taking over the downtown San Mateo area on Tuesday night for a few Day 1 after parties for SaaStr Annual attendees.
